Polyglot Cleanup

Hello Kovid,

I'm actualy working on a "polyglot cleanup". I don't work on the lib itself, but rather to remove any reference by using direct native function that the lib original wrap and that don't not longer needed now.

Of course, the cross version shareed code, like store and metadata sources will be not affected
Additionaly, it not a full cleanup, I will only target if their is a safe and easy 1:1 convertion in a first time.

Any thoughts on it?

EDIT: Damn it, I should have called this "polyglot cleanup", rather than "refatoring".
