Update:
I've manged to get koreader to show the bluetooth options, and as far as I know I've entered the correct MAC address for my 8bitdo.
But when I click on Connect to device it says:
'Result: Device xx.xx.xx.xx.xx.xx (my MAC address) not available'
When I try Reconnect to Device I get:
'Error: frontend/device/input.lua:384: attempt to index field 'input' (a nil value)'
Update #02:
I've downloaded the latest patch file & main.lua's from Github. I admit I've no idea where to add the second line from the patch file to in the device lua - I tried the top of device.lua and it crashed koreader. Removing it let koreader open as normal.
The Connect to device message still comes up, which is a pity.
Using the information from the Reconnect to device error, I was able to locate the event3 that I missed & fixed that, so I now get:
'Bluetooth device at /dev/input/event4 is now open'
Which is a step in the right direction, but I still can't get my 8bitdo to work within koreader on my Libra 2 :-(
