This is still an issue I'm facing in Nov 2025, and I've been experimenting with hosts editing to try and block the key revocation on my Kindle 4s

I have also been asking around, but without luck. My Kindles are indeed not registered with Amazon, and the jailbreak dev keys are revoked every time they touch the internet.

There's other people facing the same issue historically:

but none have been able to resolve it, only the short-term solution of rejailbreaking by reinstalling the dev keys works, and then the device can never use Wifi.
