Do you see more than one library in the Quick Switch or quick select area? Did you add your old libraries to calibre using the Switch/Create library functionality? This is needed to use the copy between libraries. An alternate is to use Add books => Add from folders & subfolders and point to the root of an old library. This can be useful when for whatever reason the library has been corrupted.
