I finally found a solution. These are the environment variables that need to be set:

QTWEBENGINE_CHROMIUM_FLAGS=--disable-gpu
QT_QUICK_BACKEND=software

Hopes this help anyone else who needs to disable GPU rendering for a driver issue.
