I cannot get ads to trigger. Here is everything I have tried:
- Made a temp amazon.fr account.
- Added valid payment, fr address. Registered kindle to that account.
- Made sure the special offers are turned on.
- Sent a book to the account, to trigger ads. Nothing.
- Even used vpn to change ip to various countries, still nothing.
- Have factory reset the kindle as well.

Anyone got any brilliant ideas? Or anything I might have missed?
