After all the trouble opening azw3 books on my kindle, last night my Uncollected folder disappeared. It would randomly show but not consistently. Sometimes if I restarted it then the folder would show up again. But not every time. All other folders are there.

I finally got tired of all the errors and factory reset my kindle. And I did deregister and then register again. I loaded the first dozen books fine. The folder was there. Went to load the next set of books and the Uncollected folder is gone again. And the second set of books is showing On Device in calibre. I'm guessing they are in the Uncollected folder since that is where new loads go. But why it's not showing up is not something I've experienced before. And I don't understand why the Kindle seems to be acting up even after a restore.

Kindle is set to show collections and in list view. Any ideas?
