Huh, deleting the file and re-downloading seems to have fixed it. Which is weird because I don't remember ever downloading it in the first place.
I can certainly say that it wasn't anything to do with a specific device because I tried on two different computers for the same error.
It may have just gotten corrupted at some point as I've transferred it across 3 different windows machines and then used syncthing to maintain the library across a bunch of devices...
