Some people. Other people find the darkness and lower resolution terrible and coloured artefacts on some 300 dpi content atrocious. There is also a "screen door effect" because the coloured dots don't cover the pixels to make it brighter and enhance the pseudo 300 dpi mode.

There is no good reason to stop making B&W eink at present.

Converted from full colour scan to a few levels of mono as the etchings are pure black and white.
Best results at 300 dpi, so needs zoom on a smaller screen.
