Extend covers to full screen on sleep
I have book covers set as sleep screen, most of them are in a format that does not cover full screen, there are bars on each side. I have cover extension set to active, but I guess it only works when a custom message is set to top/bottom of the screen - I have it set to the middle.

How best to resize covers so that they show full screen, and can it be done without reloading whole books? I use Calibre/Koreader Sync.
