1. You would only need the ACSM and DeDRM plugins ( DeACSM was the original name which is now deprectated. We may stop using it in a decade or so )
2. OBOK is only needed if importing books from the KDA and devices
3. I keep OBOK updated to since it comes in the same package as the DeDRM plugin. Just a few extra clicks.
4. The DeDRM and OBOK plugin are not available from calibre's plugin repository for obvious reasons.
