I'm on a Mac, using an older Calibre version than you, but if this doesn't get you exactly there, it should get you pretty close:

Use cmd , (i.e. the cmd key with the comma key) to open Preferences (this is a standard way to open mac preferences).
Top line is Interface, fourth option across is Toolbars & Menus

Click the drop-down to choose which toolbar or menu you want to use, then add "Choose library" from "Available actions" to "Current actions".

Press Apply (bottom-right), then Close (bottom-right). You should see the "Calibre Library" option on your menubar or toolbar, depending on which you choose. From that menu/button, choose "Export/import all Calibre data".
