I apologize if I'm a bit behind on the news. Once Amazon got rid of D&T I swore I'd never buy another ebook from them. Consequently, I hadn't kept up with the latest DRM news or bothered testing the process again. It's only because there's a new Amazon exclusive book I wanted that I broke down and partonized them again.
I bought a PW1 from eBay for £15. I send all my purchases to that e-reader and download the to my pc via USB as the PW1 is shown as a hard drive. My books then go into Calibre as normal. No idea how long until Amazon block it but I’ve liberated over 250 purchases since D&T stopped.
