The <None> action in the Virtual library drop down menu will Clear the current VL and show All books

As will the Clear the Virtual library shortcut.

The default for that shortcut is Ctrl+Esc, but Windows uses that to pop its Start Menu and it takes precedence; so, if you use Windows and you want a shortcut you'll have to define a custom value.
