The plugin still allows you to borrow a book and then launch a browser to the book page on libby from where you can download the acsm file manually. (Read With.. > ePUB). Once you downloaded your book, and calibre has deacsm properly configured, all you have to do is drag the acsm file into calibre and it will be added as an epub file.

I am already using the manual acsm download method, import into Calibre and then send it to my Kindle library.
I was looking to make the process easier with less steps.
Hopefully the Overdrive Libby plugin download button will see its return in the future 🙏
