...So? I don't understand what you're trying to say? Both of those readers are available for sale in US, EU, and Canada. One of them allows syncing of third party content, and the other one doesn't. If Privacy laws prevent Kobo from syncing third party content, why don't those same laws prevent Pocketbook (or Amazon) from doing it?
