Install OK here, just usual Blue UAC R U Sure

Built in Open with noticeably faster, maybe even faster than Windows explorer Open with, certainly no slower.

Tested Word, Honeyview, VLC, CSVFileView, Bababolka and Sigil 2.5.0/Qt 6.8.2. Apart from Sigil the others are latest release
