Technically yes, the steps provided here will allow it to pair and show up to the operating system.
It will not work as a page turner without another program to forward key presses along to the actual reader app, however.
I've got one working (and I've used it with my
8bitdo micro in "controller" and "keyboard" modes -- just not the Nintendo Switch one!) but I will need a bit of packaging/documentation work before sharing it. Hopefully I can get that done soon
