Question Book zipped as .txt files - what to do?
I d/l'ed a zipped book (.zip) which turned out to be multiple .txt files. Each file is a page or partial chapter. I don't even know what the final format is supposed to be. I tried changing the extention to .epub, but rec'd an error upon opening it with Calibre: missing META-INF/container.xml

What do I do with this? How do I process it into a complete ebook?
