Well, I don't bring any paper stuff in the bathroom or anything actually which is not bathroom related, so the chance of water damage of electronics and books are near to zero.

Also take care of your electronics, that's what I say. Same with the books, no eating and drinking while reading for someone who tends to destroy their stuff with daily habits.
