If I am going to use ePub3 with some books, why not use it with all books? For most ePub3 ebooks, simply adding a NCX file is all you need to use an ePub2 renderer.

I do consider accessibility when creating/formatting ebooks. Takes me very little more time and may just help someone who is using a screen reader, Braille display, whatever.
