After much back and forth between us and an assortment of store staff, they finally issued a full refund. I suspect more to get us out of the store than any other reason.
Back when my nephews were kids, I bought some software to use on my computer. One of the programs would not install. I bought the software from Best Buy. I was able to easily return the software even though it was open.
