I'm fine with seeing this "pages from paper edition" on the footer or header, but it seems not working right now. (latest Calibre, windows 10).

the page marker is

I looked into the toc file and saw this

    <pageTarget type="normal" playOrder="580" id="page-516" value="516">
      <navLabel>
        <text>516</text>
      </navLabel>

....

Actually this is my first try with this. I wonder if the pagecount plugin supports this.
