I don't use this plugin, but I noticed this with Goodreads Sync and Quality Check. It's an import error, probably something common to various (all?) @Kiwidude's plugins.

ImportError: cannot import name 'RECOVER_PARSER' from 'calibre.ebooks.oeb.parse_utils'

That's probably related to a recent change in calibre:
