Yes, same. I do leave the dropcaps in place if they look good enough with my preferred font size, otherwise I delete them or make them smaller. Text indents must be 1em, no more, and gaps between paragraphs are an anathema.
Pure bliss. I open a book on my Kobo and start reading, without ever touching the settings (other than the frontlight level).
