Add me to the people who have tried KOReader and not found it of much value to me. As does Sirtel, I edit my ebooks before sending them to my Kobos so I don't need to have the renderer make changes. I keep KOReader and Plato around and I will occasionally use them just to see if there are any changes that I find useful. One issue with both KOReader and Plato is that neither comes close to meeting my requirements for an ePub3 renderer.

I will admit that the reaction many people have made to my editing is that it is very boring. Chapter headers are size controlled so no half blank pages, dropcaps are removed since there seems to be no way to have dropcaps look good over varied font sizes and paragraphs other than the first in a section are indented with a small gap between them for instance.
