What version of calibre are you using? 8.11.1 is the current version. I run Windows 11 on my laptop and mini-PC and one is Windows 11 Home and the other in Windows 11 Pro and I've never seen such a problem. I'm running 24h2 on both computers.

Try calibre in safe mode. If it starts first time, it's something you are running causing the problem.
