Won't take wins also (too after several errors of orthography), but close to having nice results after 2nd brekfast .

400gr integral wheat flour
400gr "0" wheat flour
While good flours may cost 3.5/4.5$ per kg, the half weight of the water that has to be added brings it at a decent value - imho.
