Changing date/time manually was tested on a Clara HD, Sage (both 4.38.23429) and Libra Colour (4.43.23418).
Weirder and weirder. Why some of us can change the time, but others can't? There doesn't seem to be any rules to it - old or new devices, latest firmware or not, wifi on or off, sideloaded mode enabled or not... A mystery.

Maybe wifi needs to be off for a while? It's always off on mine.
