They are only lab research.
They are also not conventional LEDs.
Also I don't see a claim of good CIR, in fact the spectrum looks terrible. They are not true white but multiple colours on one chip. It's experimental.
Maybe one day they may or may not be commercial. Plenty of hyped tech failures.
Right now the so-called White LEDs for illumination that you can buy are using phosphors. The R G B LED are not for illumination as they have 3 narrow spectral peaks, they are for indicators and backlights. These lab specimens don't look promising for general illumination and have no commercial timeline. See Optane memory, holographic disks and fusion power.
