Your phone will work better and give better battery life as the TTS stops the Kindle sleeping while you read a page. On Android the Kindle app stops frequently but the Pocketbook app works very well. On Android you need to update accessibility pack and download languages and voices.
Kindle Touch has a built-in speaker and a 3.5mm jack input, but since my books are translations, there are spelling errors and I still have to check the device frequently for this reason. Even if I want to read them out loud, I do not prefer a phone. I want to install an expansion pack for Kindle Koreader, but I have no idea how to do this.
