Anyone is welcome to start a new thread/new poll. I'd love to see a book club going here again.
However, that said and at the risk of being a buzzkill, as someone who was heavily involved in earlier book clubs I don't think there's traction for a book club now. There's a reason they're defunct. An informal buddy read might be successful.
And a final comment: I think most of us are set in our ways and aren't looking to find new genres. We know what we like.
The scifi/fantasy club will have to get along without me.
As I said, buzzkill. But have at it, if you'd like, and good luck. I'd like to be proved wrong.
