Yes, but to me it's inappropriate to strip DRM from library books. And I like that they effectively return themselves if you forget.

Mine worked properly at one time as well; no idea why it doesn't now. But ADE issues seem to be fairly common.
This patch obviously has been installed successfully by others. So before re-adding my mods, I decided to try again. I downloaded a fresh copy of kobopatch and the firmware, then restarted both the computer and the kobo before patching. (Also removed the usb cable more quickly after the "ok to remove" prompt.) Don't know if any of these made the difference, but this time all went well. Yay!
