Just off and they are sending another "like-new" replacement. As the one I received today was rather more what I would describe as "well-used" than like new, I did ask if they could send a new one this time to ensure this didn't happen again. Was told yes, then saw it was "like-new". Ho hum. If this one is damaged, I think I'll just keep my cracked one!
So now I have two Kindle Matchas, both damaged in different ways. My original one has these cracks, but aside from that (quite large issue!), the back is immaculate, so no way do I want to accept someone's old, scuffed return.
It arrives on Wednesday.
