i use lots of ubiquiti networking gear. i have two U7-Pro access points, with a 2.4GHz WLAN and a 5/6GHz WLAN. i own a Libra 2 and a Clara 2E and don't have any issues with my setup -- if you can explain what the issue is in a little more detail, i bet i can help you figure it out. ubiquiti gear is great, but sometimes their add-on proprietary features and enhancements can be overly aggressive and wind up causing little quirks like this.
