I've installed the Google provided USB drivers on my Windows desktop.

My thread from back in 2023 linked in first post, I was using adb on linux back then. But that was when the Note 2 was in a "normal" state, albeit rooted, magisk installed, etc, but I could send/pull with adb commands.

The current state of the device seems to be such that it doesn't load or can't load the bits needed to be recognizable by a computer when connected over USB.

That's it, that's all it does. The logs linked on pastebin is EVERYTHING the device is doing from powered off state with no light on. Then a 1.5-ish second button push turns it on.

If I do a short quick button press while it's powered off with no lights, that's what you're seeing at the top of the pastebin. These are three quick button pushes. It doesn't turn on, it doesn't "wake up", but it sees the button presses.
