Hi,

I kindly request to be sent the image of a Kobo N613 Glo.
(I hope this model is correct as I thrifted my e-reader; I was able to match the diamond back pattern to some images I found online).


Not sure if I am allowed to give some contexts or ask further help as I am new to the forum. Please advise me if I need to take this question elsewhere.


My e-reader is stuck in a boot-loop. After charging and setting up the WiFi it freezes completely. Mounting the SD (which is formatted in MSDOS FAT32) shows no content at all.

With my current understanding (which is very limited) I should place a Kobo Image in there including the firmware files. This then should resolve the freeze.

Is my understanding of restoring the e-reader correct or am I missing some steps? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
