I think you may be using an older version of the plugin. One that will probably have issues with the latest version of Sigil (which has a newer Python bundled).
The line numbers in your traceback aren't jiving with the latest code in the plugin. Plus I'm fairly certain the ANTIALIAS deprecation in Pillow was handed quite awhile ago.
