If it is really and truly is the same hardware as the NoteAir...
You could use EDL or fastboot to flash a custom recovery.
Then simply autoupdate the latest NoteAir firmware.

I only have recoveries for the NA2, NA3, NA4C.
Please make sure that you mean NA(1).
