KFX to EPUB: "locked by DRM"
Trying to convert KFX to EPUB, this is what I get:

calibre, version 8.5.0
Cannot convert...
This book is locked by DRM.

I have the KFX Input plugin, the latest (10.0.9) DeDRM plugin, and my Kindle serial number is set correctly in the plugin config.

What do I need to do to make this work?
