So people say, but though I have many I tend to read on one and a search can be quick. Sometimes quicker than the the time it takes to connect to WiFi twice. Also if I'm out and using the phone to read I have no data allowance on it. I'd use the 14.25″ tablet for fixed layout / colour content not on even an 8" ereader.

Sync doesn't usually work with sideloaded content. Nearly 90% of my 9000 ebooks is PD and I have used Calibre to copy all reading positions to a new Kobo.

I'm not interested in a 3rd party knowing what I read and my progress.
