I've truncated the URL for the one that links to Golden in Death since the last part of the URL seems to be identifier information. Which leaves me interested in seeing how many, if anyone other than myself, gets the browser view of the email including the View in browser link when clicking on the link below.

, and I get an advert for Golden in Death on the Canadian Kobo site. It's not the normal web page it takes you to, more like a full page advert.
