Is this one of those cases where there is no authors into the premiere exclusive, book is old, but the only available ebook yet is on Amazon?
(Did you seen it elsewhere?) I'll take it anyway, and search by myself how to convert it; I'm asking just to be certain 'cause I'll searched anythere, but there might be sites that I don't know.
Not asking you to search for, just wondering if the one you saw was that one on Amazon.
I'd even searched on local libraries databases.
