Install Calibre on Immutable OS?

Bazzite as a Desktop OS sounds interesting. But, it's an immutable OS based on Fedora Atomic Desktop. Would the standard Calibre install method work with that? From:

https://calibre-ebook.com/download_linux
Code:
sudo -v && wget -nv -O- https://download.calibre-ebook.com/linux-installer.sh | sudo sh /dev/stdin
I especially wonder since it looks like the preferred app installation method in Bazzite is Flatpak and I'm pretty sure there's no official flatpak version of Calibre.
