Hello,
After reflashing the SD card of my Kobo (thanks to **DNSB** for the guidance), I couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi and my computer wouldn’t detect the device.
I finally solved the problem by mounting the SD card directly on my computer and using the Kobo Desktop application, which detected it as if I had the device connected.
By the way, the Kobo Desktop app says it’s no longer available in some countries, including mine (Spain).
