I turned on my Aura Edition 2 (N236) and saw there was an update available and it suggested that it was a good idea to install it so I did.

Now it's stuck in a boot loop and I haven't been able to do a reset. I looked for a small hole to insert a paperclip but couldn't see one so I tried holding the power button for 30 seconds but that didn't seem to do anything.

I tried plug it into my Linux laptop and it couldn't see the Aura. Does this mean the OS is corrupt and the SD card needs to be programmed?

Thanks for any advice.

EDIT: I presume it was this update being installing on my Aura when the boot looping started. However it could be it's just a .
