Yes, it's much easier to read in a foreign language now. Back when I started to read in English, over 30 years ago, I had to keep a paper dictionary open beside the paper book. Oh, it was a slow and laborious process.
These days I don't need a dictionary often - mostly for specific slang words or historical terms (when reading a historical novel), and I use the Oxford English dictionary on my Kobos for this. There is no English-Estonian dictionary available for ereaders anyway.
