That makes sense to me. I am sure that calling it "Unlimited" when it excludes the most popular books has led to lots of complaints.

And you don't own the titles (unless you don't use KU and buy* them), can only read on a Kindle or Kindle App and only titles from largest publishers are available elsewhere.
Exactly in what sense is a KU subscription "Unlimited"?
