I think kobo has done some change, I tried to buy it and although it shows the promotion there is a box next to the price that tells to shop for it from the Portugal store where there is no promotion. I’ve tried several times to change location to the united states store and the Canada one and I use a VPN and I couldn’t buy it, in the past I simply changed to the US store and bought the book, it’s the first time I’m unable to buy from the US store.
