Maybe wrong in your case, but not wrong for everyone. I have personally seen these ads that "don't exist."

Maybe, there's a way to block them. I don't know. I also know that now, when you do Menu search, instead of looking through your applications, Windows 11 opens up a website in Edge (even when Edge is not your default browser).
